Rhonda Davis
Rhonda Davis was born and raised in West Virginia, but has deep ties to Topsail Island. She came to Topsail Island for every vacation growing up, and eventually decided to live here full-time as an adult. She knows the community inside and out, and her number one goal is to give back and help others. Rhonda has volunteered with organizations helping to feed the homeless and support those struggling with addiction.
