Hello, I’m Rhonda. I’ve been working in the nonprofit world for over 25 years, and been consultanting since 1998. Until now, I’ve been operating on word of mouth, so this website and blog are very new to me. I started this website with the help of my intern, Matt, so I could expand my consulting business and get my name out there to more people. Self promotion has always been difficult for me, I'm more used to marketing and uplifting others! Matt has helped me to see how important it is to promote myself, because doing that means that I can help more people.
I thought I'd use this first blog post to introduce myself, Matt, and Rhonda Davis Consulting. I've already introduced myself, so let's introduce Matt. Matt is a student at Cornell University, studying Industrial and Labor Relations. They hope to work in employment law or policy when they graduate. As for Rhonda Davis Consulting, my goal is to expand my consulting business in the Topsail Island area, so that I can help local small businesses and nonprofits fulfill their missions and support our community.
